Privacy Policy
This policy covers this website, where you can read about the app and buy a subscription. Two kinds of data are involved: analytics about pages you open, kept for 14 months, and, if you subscribe here, the email and payment details needed to run that subscription. The app itself has its own separate policy.
What the site collects when you are just reading
No account, no name, no phone number. What is collected is standard web analytics: which pages you open, which links you click, the page you arrived from, your approximate location at city level, and the type of device and browser you use.
What is collected when you subscribe here
Your email address, so the receipt and the link to manage the subscription can reach you, and the details of the plan you chose. Card numbers are entered directly into our payment provider and are never stored on our servers; we see only the last four digits, the card brand and whether the charge succeeded.
Why the email address is needed
To send the purchase confirmation with the amount, the renewal date and the cancellation link, to let you sign back in and manage the subscription, and to reach you about a failed payment or a change to the terms. It is not used for unrelated marketing unless you ask for that separately.
Who processes it
Analytics and advertising measurement run through Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, and through Meta advertising tools when a visit comes from an ad there. Payments and subscription billing run through our payment provider. Each of them processes the data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and similar storage
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you allow them. Cookies that keep the site working and keep you signed in to your subscription are set without consent, because the site cannot function without them. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer.
Consent and your choices
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting analytics and advertising cookies, and we run in a restricted mode until you answer. If you are elsewhere, you can still decline from the same footer link.
Your rights
You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. If you subscribed, name the email you used and we can find the record directly. Write to contact@aquinventures.ltd and we will answer within 30 days.
How long data is kept
Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically. Advertising click identifiers used for measurement are kept for 90 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is longer than the subscription itself.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to contact@aquinventures.ltd and we will delete it.
Purchases made inside the app
If you subscribed inside the app instead of here, Apple took that payment and handles that payment data under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details in that case either.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect, and by email to anyone with an active subscription.
